The main Tool running on the FSX main computer
FSXSpyConsole ist the heart of FSXSpy / FSDisplays. It is the extension that connects to fsx and the host to manage all displays and gauges you like to send to a network client. FSXSpyConsole needs a valid license. Click on image to zoom in.
This is how the virtual cockpit of the PMDG 737 NGX will look like after undocking and hiding all popup displays. You can fly in 2D cockpit and close or lower the 2D panel to have a free sight out of the aircraft and a boost of frame rates.
FSXSpyCannelGuide is the tool that needs to be run on your network clients. It needs no license so you may run it on as many clients you want to. It will show all the provided displays and gauges of FSXSpyConsole. Just click on a channel in the upper table and a viewer will show the selected channel.
This is how the FSXSpyViewer looks like. It offers a lot of options to handle the streamed gauges. You may crop, rotate and resize the gauges. You can also hide the windows frame, adjust frame rates and activate other options on right clicking in the viewer.
This it what it looks like if you click right into the viewer. An options context menu will appear to manage all the options you need for the streamed gauges. This viewer has hided the window frames already.
